At first you hear a train door close, and then you hear a bunch of Shinkansen (bullet train) announcements in both Japanese and English. This was recorded on my very first train ride to Kyoto. What you hear just before the track closes is a big parade of young school kids marching and shouting with their teachers. They were on a main road somewhere in Kyoto and I saw them almost as soon as I arrived while I made my way to my airbnb for the next few days.
